Union Sport delivers home and commercial gym equipment to every governorate in Egypt. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Delivery Zones & Times

  • Greater Cairo (Heliopolis, Maadi, Nasr City, 6th of October, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, etc.): Same-day or next-day delivery on most orders
  • Alexandria: 2-3 business days
  • Delta governorates (Mansoura, Tanta, Mahalla, Damanhour, Zagazig): 2-4 business days
  • Upper Egypt (Asyut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, Qena): 3-5 business days
  • Sinai and Red Sea governorates: 4-6 business days

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the product and your delivery address. Compact items (dumbbells under 20 kg, accessories, yoga mats) ship at a low flat rate. Large equipment (treadmills, multi-station home gyms, commercial machines) is quoted based on destination — you'll see the exact cost at checkout before payment.

Installation & Setup

For commercial gym equipment and multi-station home gyms, we offer professional installation in Cairo and select governorates. Our installation team handles unboxing, assembly, calibration, and a brief walk-through on how to use the equipment safely. Installation pricing depends on the equipment and location — contact our team for a quote.

Order Tracking

Pickup From Showroom

You can collect your order directly from our Sheraton Heliopolis showroom — useful if you want to inspect the equipment in person before taking it home, or save on delivery costs for smaller items. Just let us know at checkout that you'd prefer pickup.

Bulk & Commercial Orders

For gym fit-outs, hotel installations, or any order of 5+ items, we offer custom logistics — including direct-to-site delivery, scheduled installation, and consolidated shipping. Contact our commercial team for a custom quote.
