Union Sport stands behind every product we sell. Here's how returns and warranty work for gym equipment purchased from us.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Union Sport products come with a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length varies by product category:

Commercial-grade machines (Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Technogym, Precor): 1-2 years on frame and main components, plus 4+ years spare-parts availability
Treadmills (Leopard series, Technogym Excite): 1 year on motor and electronics, 2 years on frame
Cardio machines (exercise bikes, ellipticals, rowers): 1 year against manufacturing defects
Free weights (dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells): Lifetime warranty against material defects
Accessories (yoga mats, suspension trainers, ropes, balls): 6 months

What Warranty Covers

Defects in materials and workmanship
Functional component failure under normal use
Parts replacement

What's Not Covered

Damage from misuse, dropping, or unauthorized modification
Normal wear and tear (grip wear, paint scratches, belt stretching over time)
Damage from inadequate floor protection or improper assembly
Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function

Returns

If you receive a product that's damaged in transit or doesn't match the description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns on unopened, undamaged items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery — buyer covers return shipping. Custom-installed commercial equipment is non-returnable once installed.

How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Message us on WhatsApp (+20 100 810 0873) or email sales@unionstores.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Our team responds within 24 hours and most claims are resolved within 3-5 business days.

Spare Parts

For products we carry from major manufacturers (Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Technogym, Precor, Leopard), we maintain spare parts inventory for years after purchase. If you need a replacement part, contact us with your product model and SKU.
