About Union Sport
Where is Union Sport located?
Our showroom is in Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo. Walk-ins are welcome — you can test treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and strength machines in person before you buy. We deliver across all Egyptian governorates.
Are your products original?
Yes. We import directly from authorized manufacturers for every brand we carry (Leopard, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Technogym, Precor, BH Fitness, Concept2, Bosu, and others). Every product ships with a manufacturer warranty.
Do you sell to gyms and commercial buyers?
Yes. We supply commercial fitness equipment to gyms, hotels, corporate wellness centers, and physiotherapy clinics across Egypt. For bulk orders we offer dedicated pricing, custom logistics, and turnkey installation. Contact our commercial team for a quote.
Buying & Choosing Equipment
What's the difference between a home and commercial gym machine?
Commercial machines are built for 8+ hours of daily use in shared environments — heavier frames, more durable upholstery, more powerful motors, and longer warranties. Home machines are sized for one or two users training a few times per week. We carry both — your choice depends on use intensity and budget.
How do I choose the right treadmill for my home?
Key factors: motor power (2.5 HP minimum for running, 4+ HP for serious training), running surface size (140cm+ for tall users), maximum user weight, and incline. We carry the Leopard 1010-6090 series covering walking pads up to commercial-grade treadmills. Visit our showroom or message us with your height, weight, and use case for a recommendation.
Can you recommend equipment based on my space and goals?
Yes — send us your available space (length, width, ceiling height), training goals, and budget via WhatsApp, and our team will put together a recommendation. We can also do this in person at the Heliopolis showroom.
Delivery & Installation
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
Yes. We deliver to every Egyptian governorate. Greater Cairo gets same-day or next-day delivery, Alexandria 2-3 days, Delta 2-4 days, Upper Egypt 3-5 days, Sinai and Red Sea 4-6 days.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location and product. Smaller items (dumbbells, accessories) ship faster. Large equipment (commercial machines, multi-station home gyms) takes 1-2 extra days for proper packaging and logistics. You'll see the estimated date at checkout.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, for commercial gym equipment and multi-station home gyms. Installation includes assembly, calibration, and a walk-through on safe use. Pricing depends on the equipment and location — we'll quote installation alongside your order.
Payment, Returns & Warranty
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and major Egyptian digital wallets. For installment payments, we work with select banks — contact us to check options on your specific order.
Do you offer installment payment?
Yes, on select products through partner banks. Coverage and terms depend on your bank and the product price. Message us for current installment options.
Do you offer warranty?
Every product carries a manufacturer warranty. Commercial machines: 1-2 years on frame and main components, plus 4+ years spare parts. Treadmills: 1 year on motor, 2 years on frame. Free weights: lifetime against material defects. Full details on the Returns & Warranty page.
What's the return policy?
Damaged or wrong-item deliveries: contact us within 48 hours for free replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns on unopened, undamaged items: accepted within 7 days, buyer covers return shipping. Custom-installed commercial equipment is non-returnable once installed.
Do you offer trade-in or used equipment?
Occasionally. We sometimes have ex-display showroom units or returned commercial equipment available at a discount. Message us to ask what's currently available.
